1. Products & Delivery

RaisedOffScreen sells digital educational products including PDF downloads. Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes, email hello@raisedoffscreen.com.

2. License & Permitted Use

Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our products outside your immediate household.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Payment processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 5 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
